PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERING A COMPLAINT
POLICYHOLDER OR CLAIMANT MAY REGISTER HIS / HER COMPLAINT WITH RESPECT TO HIS POLICY OR CLAIM IN FOLLOWING MANNER FOR REDRESSAL OF HIS / HER GRIEVANCES.
