Brief of Real Estate

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is one of the biggest real estate owner in the country and owns 57 commercial high rise buildings &  number of commercial plots in various cities of Pakistan.

State Life had inherited several buildings when it came into existence in 1972. There after its Real Estate Division has constructed high standard buildings in various cities of Pakistan. These buildings depict cultural heritage, character of national architecture. Real Estate of State Life houses its Zonal Offices and also rents out the office space to the tenants mainly Government Departments, corporations, multinational and reputed organizations. The rentable office space in our buildings is more than 2.94 million Sqft.

Multi - storeyed buildings at Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Sukkur, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, Gujrat and D. I. Khan are landmark of these cities with the latest landmark recently completed in Islamabad the capital city being State Life Tower. State Life has plans to construct new buildings in Sargodha, Sialkot, Mirpur A.K, Sahiwal, Lahore and Karachi.
