In the event of a complaint registered with State Life received from any source.

 

  • Initial acknowledgement 1st day (within 24 hours)
  • Resolution Green Period 1 to 7 days
  • Resolution Yellow period 8 to 14 days
  • Under watch Chairman SLIC 15 to 20 days
  • Escalation (RED) to Secretary Commerce with explanation past 20 days
  • Escalation (Black) to Prime Minister's office and PMDU Islamabad past 40 days
